Job Description
Responsible for maintaining and safekeeping of 201 files
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Proficient in Timekeeping and Payroll
Creating memos, NTE, and other paperwork
Counseling and disciplining of an employee
End-to-end recruitment
Responsible for computing 13th month, SIL, and commissions
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Provide admin support as needed
Provide advice and facilitate low to medium-risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.
Attend to any task the HR leader may assign
