Job Description
Urology Center of the Philippines, Inc. is currently in need of a Philhealth Clerk with the following minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of any medical allied course
- Licensed/Underboard
- Must be computer literate
- With Medical Experience
- Attentive to detail
Job Description:
- Encode CF4
- Counter checks reimbursements from PHIC office versus receivable documents.
- Receives claims form members and providers and counter-checks with transmittal list provided/submitted.
- Checks completeness of the data declared in PhilHealth Claim Forms and the required supporting documents attached to it.
- Indicates deficiencies or lacking documents in claims documents, if there is any.
- Verifies accuracy/authenticity of information in PhilHealth Claim Forms based on existing database or other valid sources.
- Validates the beneficiaries and providers’ eligibility to avail claims.
- Ensures completeness of documentary requirements in the claims applications before forwarding to the next processing stage.
- Submits weekly/monthly reports on collections and receivables.
- Ensures concise, analytical & objective decisions in all aspects.
- Assists in planning and developing, along with other disciplines, those communication and coordination mechanisms which will further improve the delivery of health services to patients.
Communicates on a regular basis, both orally and in writing, to professional staff, patients, families/relatives, administrators.
