Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients.
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
- Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
- Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns. Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
- Follows escalation procedures as needed.
- Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other forms of content submitted by users.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies consistently and fairly.
- Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or poses a potential risk.
- Stay updated on industry trends, online risks, and emerging content issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes.
