Job Description
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- College level/undergraduate or vocational graduate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in health supplements, whey protein, or related products.
- Strong computer skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent moral character, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to the production schedule set by the immediate supervisor.
- Operate and monitor sophisticated manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Report any anomalies promptly to prevent production delays.
- Prepare all necessary materials and components as per product specifications and device requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures meticulously during the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of the production process, including time logs, production log sheets, and other essential documentation.
- Be proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements for production efficiency and quality.
- Perform additional duties as needed to maintain continuous and effective production operations.
- Must be flexible and open to working in rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by production demands.
