Job Description
- Provide timely, quality, and accurate chat and e-mail support to new and existing users daily.
- Manage user reviews on Play Store and App Store.
- Effectively escalate and resolve user issues to the development team.
- Assist in brand marketing by strengthening our existing online communities.
- Gather and analyze market data, customer research, and product sales.
- Represent the company, as needed, in events to strengthen the offline presence.
- Review new mobile game and digital marketing trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
- Background in digital arts and brand advertising.
- Ability to use MS Office.
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
- Outgoing, personable, and aggressive personality.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Entry level applicants are accepted.
