Job Description
1. According to the company’s business development strategy, deeply participate in the construction of organizational frameworks, quickly meet the needs of business personnel expansion, and supplement the talents needed for business development;
2. Pay attention to the rationality of personnel allocation in business departments, assist in optimizing internal organizational structure, improve team cohesion, and provide strong personnel supply and support for team building for business departments;
3. Pay attention to the recruitment, cultivation, development, and enhancement of key talents through methods such as talent inventory and development, including but not limited to the recruitment, identification, development, management, and retention of key position talents;
4. Assist in completing the work of other modules of human resources;
5. Responsible for the implementation of various human resources systems in the department, and providing effective feedback and improvement.
