Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Email and Chat Support Representatives.
Accounts that we can offer include Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
