Job Description

Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. is currently in need of a Property Manager who will form part of a pre-operational property management team of the company. Interested candidates are expected to manage the operation of the real estate unit of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease and responsible for drafting contracts
• Advertise and market vacant condos and office leases to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and monitor operating expenses
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
• Gather interested agents to promote office leases and residential condos
• Advertise and promote properties through various channels
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop marketing materials/collaterals to help boost sales
• Meet clients and assess their requirements and make appropriate suggestions
• Meet with clients to present properties and address questions and concerns
• Keep a database of necessary information such as property lists, specifications, and client database
• Gather reports for results and feedback of client visitation and possible sales to the management
• Keep abreast with market/property trends

Qualifications:

• Relative working experience in any property management for at least 5 years
• Proven track record of sales
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Any valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker/sales agent is an advantage
• Possession of a driver’s license is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
• Commission pay
