Job Description
- Has basic knowledge in maintenance work including plumbing, electrician, and painting
- Organized and a team player
- Knowledgeable in housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds keeping
- Physically fit for emergency response; training in Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in groundskeeping/maintenance tasks
- Ability to relate to officials, staff, and the public in a courteous manner
- Knows how to drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles
