Job Description
Salary Range – PHP 18,00 to PHP 30,00 depending on your experience and position applied for.
Job Overview:
We, at J&D Worldwide Inc., the leading manufacturer of bedding and linen products in the Philippines, are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. We are committed to creating a positive and collaborative work environment where employees can grow and thrive. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Process approved local non-trade payables
- Prepare check vouchers for approved local non-trade payables
- Analyze and record disbursements/expenses in the system
- Prepare and check last pay computation with quit claims
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior and management
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in Finance
- 4-year university degree in Accounting
- Prior experience in process optimization and inventory management preferred
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Ideal to have experience with ERP or inventory management system
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Flexible in tasking and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive with a positive working attitude
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Based in Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: PHP 18,00.00 – PHP 30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary
