Job Description
ElectroSavers Corporation is currently seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring maximum performance from our staff. Your role will involve managing the store’s budget, monitoring stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain the store’s reputation. You will also need to stay updated on market trends in order to improve the store’s performance and analyze sales reports to make forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
