Job Description
SUMMARY:
Primary responsible to compile time and attendance data from employees across departments; verifies and accurately records employees’ time and attendance; Tracks attendance applications including leave and overtime; ensures timely submission of timesheets and supports payroll in the issuance of pay slip.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in a program of study related to Accounting, Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
2. At least 1 year experience in areas of Human Resources, Payroll and timekeeping preparation, & other HR-related functions.
3. Working knowledge of basic accounting principle and payroll practices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel )
2. Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
3. Good communication
4. Proven work experience as a timekeeper or similar role (manual and system)
5. Time-management skills
6. High numerical aptitude and detail oriented
7. Exemplifies customer service skills
8. Responsible and result – oriented
9. Team player
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collects employees DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
2. Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
3. Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
4. Confirms and reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for issuance of RTWN.
5. Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance of all employees and reports tardiness memo, if any.
6. Prepares and issues pay slip.
7. Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
8. Assists Comp & Ben of any benefits related activities
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
