Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a diploma or degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software, such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks, is often required.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in bookkeeping.
  • Good communication skills, as bookkeepers often need to interact with clients, colleagues, and financial professionals.
  • Familiarity with Australian taxation laws and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Staying updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation is crucial.
