Job Description
Role: Payroll Country Owner (PCO) for Taiwan – Associate manager level role
Headcount: 1
Work Setup: Work at Home
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in payroll role (Can consider candidates with 5 years experience – as long as project management is evident)
- Business analysis expertise
- Project management experience
- Country legislation expertise
- HR consulting, Payroll, and outsourcing industry experience
- Experience working for a global organization
- Must be fluent in English (Written and Oral)
- Advance level of proficiency in Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php1,507,100.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
