Job Description
The Collection Agent (Voice) is responsible for collecting outstanding debts from clients and achieving collection targets to ensure positive cash flow. The main tasks include closing a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet the assigned target.
Job Requirement:
- Collection experience in the BPO/Call Centre setting is required for this position.
- An AU background is a huge advantage.
- Good oral communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
