Job Description
Primary Function: Monitors inventories and coordinates movements of Finished-Goods
Major Responsibilities:
- Checks available finished goods stock on hand against total order requirement per SKU in the printed Summary of Orders.
- Provides Summary of Orders (downloaded via SAP) with corresponding remarks per SKU for review and analysis of immediate superior.
- Ensures PGR of stock transfer request in the Central Warehouse.
- Confirms and checks with Warehouse OIC the arrival of in-transit/pending stock transfer request.
- Computes stock transfer requirement in SAP and analyzes quantity.
- Coordinates with the warehouse for the details and status of loading trucks assigned to transfer finished goods to and from the Central Warehouse.
- Prepares unserved order report and forwards to concerned personnel.
- Assists immediate superior in generating reports/data needed for the computation of stock transfer order requirement per SKU.
