Job Description
– Completes construction projects by preparing architectural designs and documents and confirming specifications.
– Produces architectural documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
– Strong drawing skills are essential, including proficiency with MS Office and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.)
– Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
– Good communication skills.
– The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree.
– At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– With or without a professional license.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
