Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements and ensure clear understanding of business objectives. Translate business requirements to functional specifications as reference for software development.
- Develop and propose solutions that are aligned with business requirements.
- Define architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents as necessary.
- Evaluate new and existing technologies, including software and platforms, to determine their suitability in solving business problems. Provide recommendations based on technical assessments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to diagnose problems, provide root cause analysis, and implement solutions to avoid recurrence of issues.
- Troubleshoot software application issues, especially quality applications/systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve current applications or systems.
- Define and/or assist in creating project plans, scope of work, and allocate resources.
- Collaborate with other project owners to ensure that deliverables are on track.
- Create test scripts, conduct testing, and perform other quality assurance activities.
- Create user guides and provide training and support to users.
