Job Description
Must Have:
- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work onsite on the given location.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its objective and deadlines are met.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Job Type: Full-time
