Job Description
- Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs
- Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance, and order in the building
- Prioritize technical work to be done in accordance with safety, time duration, and budget
- Attend to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
