Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- Must know how to speak Chinese
- At least 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience
- At least one year of experience in Construction Site Management
- With experience in doing cost estimation
- Must have detailed costing experience (able to formulate productivity)
- Must have Procurement & Tendering experiences
- Must be familiar with contracts
- Must have preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction experience
- Must love doing cost estimation
- Must be willing to work on-site (whenever it is necessary, but percivalestimate will do everything to make the work under WFH setup)
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
