Job Description
Team Ridemax Philippines is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely and efficient management of inbound and outbound goods
- Arrange timely, safe, and cost-efficient mobilization of goods to customers
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions in the ERP system
- Develop warehouse systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy
- Manage budget and plan long-term goals
- Motivate and manage a high-performing warehouse team
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related course
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Operations/Logistics & Material Handling
- Analytical, strategic, and systematic problem solver
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong people management skills
- Meticulous with keen attention to detail
Preferably located in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Saturday (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
