Job Description

Team Ridemax Philippines is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising overall warehouse operations to ensure goods are at the right place at the right time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and efficient management of the inbound and outbound movement of goods.
- Arranges timely, safe, and cost-efficient mobilization of goods to customers.
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of transactions in the ERP system, proper control.
- Develops warehouse systems and processes to improve the efficiency of operations.
- Ensures inventory integrity and accuracy; control, safekeeping, proper handling, and audit of all inventory.
- Manages budget, plans long-term goals and projects.
- Manages and motivates a high-performing warehouse team.
Competencies/Skills Required:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related course.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Operations/Logistics & Material Handling, has led year-end inventory counts.
- Analytical, strategic, systematic, problem-solver.
- Good Excel skills.
- Good people management skills.
- Meticulous, keen attention to details.
Location: Lawang Bato, Valenzuela
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Saturday; 8 AM – 5 PM)
