Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Timekeeping every cut off
- Prepares periodic reports and memos related to attendance and punctuality
- Enroll newly hired employees to biometrics
- Assist in conducting employment verifications and background checking
- Assist in administering psychological exams
- Assist in Issuance of pre-employment requirements and collect prior or on the day 1 of the applicant in the absence of HR Specialist
- Maintains and updates 201 file of employees
- Responsible for periodic performance management systems administration (issuance and collection of performance evaluation forms)
- Tabulates performance evaluation rating and prepares a summary report
- Responsible for working schedule announcement
- Assist in HR events and activities
People Development (Training)
- Provides administrative assistance to HR head for Training
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,500.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
