Job Description
Basic Function
The customer service representative shall function as a “one-stop shop” for all inquiries, complaints, or concerns received from customers, including buyers, unit owners, and clients.
Basic Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting/handling customer’s inquiries, requests, or complaints (IRC) either through walk-in, phone-in, or e-mail.
- Understanding customers’ needs.
- Monitors and tracks inbound IRCs and provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Basic Qualifications
- College graduate of any business-related course.
- With or without work experience as CSR.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
