Job Description
- Manage and process all bookkeeping tasks using Xero, ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations.
- Accurately handle BAS (Business Activity Statements) and ATO (Australian Taxation Office) requirements.
- Efficiently manage bank feeds, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled.
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss statements and balance sheets.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and maintain various statistical reports, requiring proficiency in Excel.
- Additional tasks as instructed by the client.
