Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Chat/Email Support Local/Tagalog Account Online Agent. As an Online Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing efficient support through chat and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via chat and email in a professional manner
  • Addressing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are resolved within the given timeframe

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Tagalog
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
