Job Description
The Station Manager handles the day-to-day operations of the assigned station which includes handling all assigned employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling transactions, and creating reports. Station Manager will be directly reporting to the Operations Manager and will closely coordinate with the different departments of the organization to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course
- Experience in Operations of at least 5 years, preferably in the transportation business.
- Experience in people-handling and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Knowledge in creating and conducting business reports
- High comfort level on working in a collaborative style with different departments.
- Proficient in using MS Office, business writing, analytics, research, and reports
- Amenable to working in a shifting schedule
