Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Secretary at San Miguel Brewery Inc. The Technical Secretary will be responsible for performing various secretarial, clerical, and administrative work for the Brewing Department and its personnel. Acts as the department’s document controller by keeping, maintaining, and ensuring confidentiality of all its records and documents in accordance with established records management standards.
Qualifications
- Willing to be assigned in SMB Santa Rosa, Brewery (onsite work setup)
- Must be a college graduate of any four-year course, preferably INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING and related courses.
- Must have good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point, etc.
