Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with and remain up-to-date with changes in our plans and tariffs.
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
- Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries promptly.
- Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
- Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members’ benefits.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate including Associate’s graduate or equivalent.
- 6 months experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Can work on-site.
- Residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, and Cavite.

Salary: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
