Job Description

A growing business with long-term opportunity is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their exceptional team in Australia. The position offers the following:

You will be responsible for aiding in various digital marketing campaigns, including creating, website management, day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties, generating leads, administrative duties and actively engaging with the business to optimize performance of our digital and social media strategies. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a creative mind and a team player.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct web research and market analysis to help build new strategies; and help maintain social media presence and branding.
  • Conduct lead generation from different platforms.
  • Manage and synchronize CRM.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
  • Website management and updating of content.
  • SEO development and management.
  • Google Ad Words.
  • Social Media Paid Advertising.
  • Reporting of progress and results.
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
  • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
  • Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
  • Performing other ad hoc and administrative tasks as required by the role.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Admin / Digital Marketing role.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google AdWords.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Email Marketing Platforms, and online analytics.
  • Demonstrates initiative and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Can start immediately.
