Qualifications:
- BS degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as T&D Manager, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven experience in a QA and Training leadership position supporting a customer satisfaction-driven campaign.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan.
- Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
- Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Tracking record in designing and executing successful QA and Training processes within sales or customer service operations.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reporting.
