Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Junior Associate. In this role, you will assist in managing the company’s accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Performing data entry and reconciling invoices with purchase orders
- Preparing and mailing payments to vendors
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve payment discrepancies
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or related field
- Prior experience in accounts payable is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
