Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery K Vietnam Customer Service Franchise Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our delivery operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service, and overseeing our franchise operations in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing the delivery operations, including coordinating and scheduling deliveries, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the franchise operations in Vietnam, including managing franchisees, conducting regular audits, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and franchise performance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics and customer service, with experience in managing franchise operations. Fluent English and Vietnamese language skills are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role.
