Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our finance team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in their day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with financial documentation and reports.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in finance or accounting is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
