Job Description
The 201 CUSTODIAN is responsible for carrying out various responsibilities in the following functional areas:
- Maintenance and Inventory of 201 files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of employee information.
- Updating and arranging all 201 files alphabetically.
- Safekeeping and organizing files and documents (both softcopy and hardcopy).
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper filing of the stock room and 201 files.
- Reviewing and validating complete documents submitted by resigned employees for clearance purposes.
- Timely processing and encoding of placement reports and movement forms.
- Ensuring completeness and validation of requirements for cash card and ID processing.
- Monitoring and validating attachments for the release of cash cards, prior to submission.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Custodian: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Muntinlupa City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Muntinlupa City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
