Job Description
Assesses coverage or non-coverage of availment
Makes appropriate referrals to affiliated clinics/doctors/providers.
On time distribution of checks to specialists
Handles promptly and effectively concerns, inquiries, and feedbacks.
Coordinates with co-employees regarding members’ concerns, as well as quick and effective problem resolutions, and builds a harmonious relationship with co-employees within the Division and within the Company.
Ensures HealthHubs are maintained properly, and issues are reported immediately, and those that are beyond the control of the company are properly documented.
