Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
- Developing the construction drawings and extracts data on a BIM platform.
- Use of BIM to perform drawing work tasked.
- 2D Output derived from 3D models.
- Combine all models to undertake clash detection and resolution using Revit.
- Modeling MEP services using Revit, MEP, BIM model from IFC drawing.
- Update the MEP model as per Engineers mark ups and design changes.
- Prepare coordinated model for issue to client.
- Review project documents/files for compliance with standards/protocols.
- Coordinates drawing production in line with the project requirements and practices.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
- Proficient in Revit MEP software with (minimum) 3-7 years of experience.
- Preferably 3-7 years of experience specializing in MEP Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage: Dynamo, Naviswork Manage.
- Knowledge in MEP/HVAC system.
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering design concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials.
- Relevant certification or diploma in CAD/BIM technology is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

- 8-hour shift
