Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and conducting background checks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques.
