Job Description
Auditors assess financial operations and work to help ensure that organizations run efficiently. They prepare and examine financial records, ensuring their accuracy and timely payment of taxes. Key qualifications for this position include self-motivation, determination, confidence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for maths. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in the financial system are also necessary. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize work and study is crucial.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting
- CPA is an advantage
- Must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and a practical knowledge of the financial system and internal controls
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
