Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact, without having to transfer the call.
  • Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
  • Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
  • Communicate relevant information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
