Job Description
Promote and offer DMCI Homes properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives. Generate potential clients and forge lasting relationships with them. Build and sustain a solid social and professional network. Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related matters. Meet the required sales target.
Qualifications:
- Must have your own Laptop/Desktop/Tablet/iPad for your clients.
- Willing to post and do social media advertisement through Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Must be familiar with or have basic skills in Photoshop, Canva, Adobe, or any other editing platform.
- Must be able to get to Makati.
- Quick learner who is willing to adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
- 2-3 times reporting in the office per week.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Real Estate or Sales background is an advantage.
Compensations:
- COMMISSIONS – Minimum P150K up to 500K plus per unit Sale.
- ALLOWANCE – P13,00.00 to P30,00.00 monthly.
- INCENTIVES – P6,00.00 to P12,00.00 Per Unit Sale.
