Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Source-to-Pay Specialist to join our team. As the Vendor Master Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the accuracy of vendor records in our source-to-pay system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating vendor master data in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Reviewing vendor information for completeness and accuracy.
- Resolving any vendor data discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor data integrity.
- Supporting internal and external audits related to vendor master data.
- Providing training and guidance to end-users on vendor master data processes.
