About the Role:
The HR Staff at Nippon Paint (Coatings) Philippines, Inc. will oversee a wide range of human resource activities. This includes talent acquisition and management, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, learning and development, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related courses.
- Experience: At least 1 year relevant experience in an HR role.
- Other Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in MS Office, business management, and presentation tools.
- Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws.
