Job Description
Are you passionate about cloud technologies and have a strong desire to help customers? We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving cloud-related issues for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of various cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues
- Assisting customers in configuring and managing cloud infrastructure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Documenting support activities and creating knowledge base articles
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cloud support or a related field
