Job Description
Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Attending to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate and relevant information regarding products or services
- Assisting customers with complaints, refunds, or exchanges
- Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining customer databases and updating customer information
