Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and have a passion for ensuring the highest quality of products and services? We are currently seeking an Analyst I Quality Assurance to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and evaluating our company’s systems, processes, and products to identify areas for improvement. You will develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough inspections and tests on products, processes, and procedures
- Identifying defects, errors, and inconsistencies and suggesting improvements
- Monitoring and reviewing quality assurance metrics to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
