Job Description
As a Workday HCM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of our organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position requires strong technical expertise in Workday HCM and a deep understanding of human resources processes and practices.
Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM system, analyzing HR data and reporting on workforce metrics, and leading system upgrades and enhancements. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets the organization’s HR needs and supports strategic goals.
Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, proficiency in Workday HCM, and experience in HR data analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities are also essential for effectively managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
