Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Clinical Services Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of clinical services processes, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor clinical service activities, including patient scheduling, medical record management, and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.
- Provide support in training new staff members on clinical service procedures and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also crucial.
