Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Publishing Editorial Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Publishing Editorial Manager II, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial process, managing a team of editors, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality publications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of editors to ensure the smooth operations of the editorial process.
- Collaborating with authors and content creators to develop engaging and impactful publications.
- Editing and proofreading manuscripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Managing the publication schedule and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments to inform decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in publishing, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as you will be working closely with authors, editors, and other stakeholders.
